We can say dat rest and motion are relative by examples but how we explain dat they are opposite too with examples?

By being relative what we mean is that a body moving with a velocity v in one direction with respect to ground might seem to be at rest from a car moving at velocity v in the same direction with respect to the ground.

Thus the state of rest motion (whether in same direction or in opposite direction are relative)
