we can also respire in the absence of oxygen i.e.anaerobic respiration.so,if oxygen is not available in the environment then also human can survive using anaerobic repiration?

Anaerobic respiration in humans can only happen for a small amount of time. If you are short of breath after vigrous exercise, you tend to anaerobically respire. Otherwise the basic mode of respiration in humans is aerobic.
