It is assumed that 6 cm outlet pipe means, pipe diameter is 6 cm.
 
Volumetric flow rate = pipe area × flow speed = begin mathsize 12px style fraction numerator straight pi cross times 6 cross times 6 cross times 10 to the power of negative 4 end exponent over denominator 4 end fraction space cross times 5 over 3 space space m cubed divided by s space equals space 15 straight pi cross times 10 to the power of negative 4 end exponent space straight m cubed divided by straight s end style
