A = πR2, Hence if R becomes 2R area becomes 4A.
RA = ρL/A; RB = ρ(2L)/(4A) = ρL/2A
Hence RB = 2RA
Req = RARB/(RA+RB) = 2RA2/3RA = 2RA/3
Therefore, Req/RA = 2/3
