Dear Student

IF the mirror is not moving observed velocity of the image= -(  2i+3j+6k)

When the mirror moving the distance decreasing with velocity i+j+k,  and the distance between image and mirror moves at the same velocity  i+j+k. So the relative distance between  Object anb image  is 2( i+j+k).

 the velocity of image as seen by a stationary
observer = - (  2i+3j+6k)+2( i+j+k).= -j-4k
