Expert Answer
The angle that the resultant makes with q vector is different from that it makes with p vector.
We can find the direction of resultant wrt to either p or q, but the vector wrt which the angle is found must be clearly mentioned.
We can also find the angle wrt both the vectors. For eg. If q is inclined at an angle 
with p and their resultant makes an angle 
wrt p, then the resultant would make an angle 
wrt q.
