straight alpha equals 0.6 straight beta equals 0.4 straight i equals fraction numerator left parenthesis 1 minus straight alpha plus nα right parenthesis plus left parenthesis 1 minus straight beta plus nβ divided by 2 right parenthesis over denominator straight n end fraction space space equals fraction numerator left parenthesis 1 minus 0.6 plus 0.6 cross times 2 right parenthesis plus left parenthesis 1 minus 0.4 plus 0.4 divided by 2 right parenthesis over denominator 2 end fraction space space space equals fraction numerator 1.6 plus 0.8 over denominator 2 end fraction space space space equals fraction numerator 2.4 over denominator 2 end fraction space space space equals 1.2
