Usha surveyed a class on World Food Day and observed that the number of students who like Junk food is 4 more than the number of students who like home made food. The sum of the squares of the number of two types of students is 400. Find the number of students who like Junk food and who like home made food?

Dear Student,
 
 
Let the number of students like home made food be x.
Therefore number of students like Junk food is 4x.

from the given condition,
(x+4x)2=400
x2+8x2+16x2=400
x=8
Therefore,
The number of students like home made food is 8.
The number of students like Junk food is 32.
