Expert Answer:

Let the dimensions be l and b ( length and breadth).

Area=l*b

Perimeter=2(l+b)

Acc to qn,

 l*b=2(l+b)

b*(l-2)=2l

So,

b=2l/(l-2)

clearly if l and b are both zero, then rectangle doen' exist actually.

So next possible value for l must be >2

As the denominator has l-2, which must be positive.

Also, since lb=2(l+b),

 so clearly lb is an even number.

So both l and b can't be odd numbers.

by giving values to l, you can gt b

 and thus the dimensions.
