Yes, a suspension shows Tyndall effect if the particles of a suspension are uniform. See Tyndall effect is shown if the constituent particles are able to scatter light. Since the particles of suspension have a large size they are able to scatter light and hence show Tyndall effect.
Solution does not show Tyndall effect because the size of the particles is very small.
