Dear Student
Please ask only one question per query
Solution to your First question is as follows:
Mixed double will involve 4 people 2 men and 2 women
select unique groups of 4 people two men can be selected from 7 and women can be selected from remaining 5 (excluding their wifes)
7C2 X 5C2 = 210
i.e there are 210 unique combinations of the 4 people
Multiply the resultant with 2 (i.e for every unique combination of 4 people there are 2 teams possible)
so nos of teams = 2x210
=420
Hope it clarifies your doubt
