Two numbers are selected at random from the numbers 1 to 9. If the sum is even, find the probability that both the numbers are odd.

Let A be the event that both numbers are odd, B be the event that the sum is even and  be the event that both numbers are odd and sum is even.

From the numbers 1 to 9, 5 numbers (1, 3, 5, 7 & 9) are odd.
The sum of two even or odd numbers is an even number.
