two bodies on the two sides of an equal-arm physical balance exactly balance each other.if this physical balance is placed in a lift and given an upward acceleration,do they still balance? justify your answer

yes they will balance because the pseudo force due to the accleration of lift will be equal on both arms, so wont disrupt the balance.
