Let d be the common difference of the APs.

Let a1 = 3 be the first term of one AP and a1' = 8 be the first term of the other AP.

Difference between 10th terms = a10' - a10 = a1' + 9d - a1 - 9d = 8 - 3 = 5

Similarly, difference between 30th terms = 5
