CSA of cylinder = 2πRH = (1/3)TSA

 2πRH = (1/3)(462) = 154 

(2πRH + 2πR2) = 462

154 + 2πR2 = 462

R = [(462-154)/(2π)]

= 7 cm

H = 154/(2πx7)

= 3.5 cm

Volume of cylinder = (πR2)H = (22/7)(7)(7)(3.5) = 539 cm2
