remember that the ratio of perimeters of two similar triangles is equal to the ratio of their corresponding sides
so,(aasuming that ABC is similar to PQR)
AB/PQ=perimeter ABC/perimeterPQR
So, we get,
36/24=AB/10
Solving this will give you the value of AB.
Pl check the question. The word 'similar' may be missing.
