Expert Answer
the circumcenter of a triangle is the point of intersection of the perpendicular bisectors of its sides.
each point on a perpendicular bisector is equidistant from the end points of the line segment.
so if we call the points as A,B,C respectively and P(X,Y) as the circumcenter,
then,
use
PA=PB=PC
So using this , get the equations using distance formula and get the answer.
