F = -kx, where F is the force on the spring and x is the extension, k is the spring constant.

F = mg and g = GM/r2

Hence

F2/F1 = x2/x1

x2 = x1F2/F1= x1 g2/g1 = x1 R2/(R+h)2 = (6400)2/(7200)2 = 64/81 = 0.79 cm
