For taking admission in civil engineering, u need to clear the entrance exam for engineering which is common for all strems of engineering. Only for architechtue, separate exam is conducted.
For eng entrance exam, u have to be thorough with all the topics which are in xi and xii class.
u have to clear either state board entrance exam or certain all india level entrance exams like, AIEEE, VIT, BITS etc.
Study rigorously.Go in detail of each chapters.
