Total number of passengers = 10a + 13b
(4a - 3b) and (5b-2a) passengers board at two consecutive station.
(4a - 3b) + (5b-2a) = 2a +2b
Therefore the number of passengers in the train now = (10a + 13b) - (2a + 2b) = 8a + 11b
