Practice as many questions as you can of any particular theorem, that would help you in remembering those. There is no shortcut apart from that in all of these. And yeah, it is difficult to learn proofs by heart, so try to see them as questions and think how would you solve them, if it was given to you as a question and not as a theorem. That ways probably, you can remember them easily.
