Let the two digit number = 10x + y
According to the 1st codition, we get
10x + y + 10y + x = 132
11x + 11y = 132
x + y = 12 ....... (1)
According to the 2nd codition, we get
10x +y + 12 = 5(x + y)
5x - 4y = -12 ... (2)
Multiply (1) by 4, we get
4x + 4y = 48 .... (3)
Adding (2) and (3), we get
x = 4 and y = 8
Original number = 10x + y = 10(4) + 8 = 48
