Only one question should be asked in one posting.  Hence only question given in text is answered.

Length l = 2 m ;  cross section area A = 1.7×10-6 m2 ;  Resistance  R = 20×10-2 Ω

we have, Resistance R = ρ×(l/A)  , where ρ is resistivity in Ω-m

Hence ρ = (R×A)/ l   =  ( 20×10-2 × 1.7×10-6 )/ 2   = 1.7×10-7 Ω-m
