Transformer equations for primary voltage Vp and secondary voltage Vs are given as
Vp = 4.44 × Np × f × Φ
Vs = 4.44 × Ns × f × Φ
Where Np and Ns are number of primary and secondary windings , f is frequency and Φ is magnetic flux
Np = Vp / ( 4.44 × f × Φ ) = 6000 / ( 4.44 × 50 × 0.06 ) = 450 turns
Ns = Vs / ( 4.44 × f × Φ ) = 250 / ( 4.44 × 50 × 0.06 ) = 19 turns
