The refractive index of water with respect to air is 4/3 and refractive index of glass with respect to water is 9/8. Calculate the refractive index of glass with respect to air.

R.I of galss w.r.t. water (wμg) = 9/8 
aμg = ?

Thus, 

the refractive index of glass with respect to air is 1.5 (or 3/2)
