inside height of the conical shape container is obtained by considering the similar triangles shape of inner and outer cross section.
 
If overall height is 10.5 cm and hemisphere radius is 3.5, then height of conical shape container = 10.5-3.5 = 7 cm
 
If inside height of conical shape container is h, then we have   ( h/3 )  = ( 7/3.5)     or  h = 6 cm
 
volume of ice cream = (1/3)×π×3×3×6 + (2/3)×π×3.5×3.5×3.5 ≈ 146 cm3
