Expert Answer:

Let the 1st term be a and common difference be d
So
Tp = a + (p-1)d = q
Tq = a + (q-1)d = p
On Solving we get , d = -1 , a = p + q - 1
Tp+q = a + (p+q-1)d = p+q-1 + (p+q-1)(-1) = 0
