The distance between any two cities is 192km. Train A takes two hours less than train B. If the average speed of the train A is 16km/hr. less than the average speed of the train A. Find the average speed of each train.

Dear Student,
Let the average speed of train A be v km/hr. So the average speed of train B is v-16
So,
Time taken by B = 192/(v-16)
and time by A = 192/v
As per the problem:
192/v = 192/(v-16) - 2
On solving for v, we get
v = 48 km/hr.........average speed of train A
and 32 km/hr........average speed of train B
