The cost of painting the whole surface area of cube at the rate of 15 paise per cm^2 is rs 518.40..find the volume of cube ??     Ans - 13824 cm^3

15 paise = Rs. 0.15 
Surface area of a cube = 518. 40 ÷ 0.15 = 3456 cm2
 
Surface area of a cube = 6a2 
Substitute the value and get a = 24
 

Volume of a Cube = (side)3 = (24)3 = 13824 cm3
