Force F betwen two point charges +Q and -Q that are separated by a distance d is given as

F = K × ( Q2 / d2 )

where K = 1/(4πεo ) is Coulomb's constant

( It is assumed magnitude of both charges are equal )

If 25% of +Q is transferred to -Q , then charges after trasferring are  +0.75Q  and  - 0.75Q

Hence changed force  Fnew   between charges is calculated as

Fnew = K × (3/4)2  ( Q2 / d2 ) = (9/16) F

Hence  new force becomes (9/16) times of original force
