Ten bulbs are drawn successively with replacement from a bag containing 10% defective bulbs. Find the probability that there are at least eight defective bulbs

Let X denotes the number of defective bulbs in the 10 bulbs drawn. Since the drawing is done with replacement, the trials are Bernoulli trials.
