velocity has dimensions: [M0L1T-1]
frequency has dimensions: [M0L0T-1]
 
Force has dimensions: [M1L1T-2]
 
thus let us take: F = (rho)a vb fc
 
solving the equations made by comaring the power of dimensions on both sides we can find out a, b and c
