The important properties of covalent compounds are:

a) Substances with covalent bonds often exists in liquid or gaseous state with low melting and boiling points.

b) Covalent compounds are insoluble in water but soluble in organic solvents.

c) They are non-conductors of electricity in solid, molten or aqueous state due to the absence of free ions.

d) Covalent compounds are unstable and they have low density.

Is fullerne a good conductor of electricity?  Some people said that, "its structure resembles to that of the graphite thus it is good conductor of electricity."  But, Some said that, "Fullerne do not have layered structure like graphit and that is why free electrons do not jump and move easily . Thus, Fullerene is a bad conductor of electricity/ insulator. "   So I am confused which is correct. Please solve my doubt.
