Enzymes are secretd by exocrine glands whereas hormones are secretde by endocrine glands.
Hormones are informational molecules. But enzymes are catalysts, they make chemical reactions go faster than they normally would so metabolism can take place at a useful rate.
An enzyme is a protein substance generated in the protoplasm of all living cells while hormones are organic substances produced in the endocrine glands or places away from their functional sites.
Enzymes are not released into the blood stream directly. Instead they pass through ducts. Hormones are released directly into blood and are then carried away to the site of action.  They  travel through the blood to signal distant parts of the body.
