something appears black when there is no scattering of light. But an object also appears black due to its colour.how can the contradiction be solved

colour of light is due to:the colur of light reflected by it.
if an object is blue means it is reflecting blue colour.
if an object is white, means it is reflecting all colours.
if an object is black means it does not reflect much but absorbs all colours.when no light reaches us we see it black.
so there is no contradiction.
