Expert Answer
Let x, y be the ten's and unit digits respectively.
The number 10x+y
2y+2 = x
x-2y = 2 ..........(1)
and
10y+x = 3(x+y)+5
2x-7y = -5 ............(2)
Solving these two we find,
x = 8 and y = 3.
The number is 83.
