Capacitance of a spherical capacitor,

C =4πε0/(1/a - 1/b)

To find the capcacitance of a sphere we assume the other concentric sphere is at infinite distance.

C = 4πε0a = 1.8πε0 .........  a = 90/2 = 45 cm

For parallel plate capacitor,

A = πR2 = 9πx10-4

C = ε0A/d

d = ε0A/C

= 9πε0x10-4/1.8πε0

= 500 μF
