Torque = BIA,
Hence higher the area, higher will be the torque.
The area of circle is higher.
Since the wire length is 2m, the circles circumference = 2πR = 2, R = 1/π.
A = πR2= 1/π.
Similarly if we check for the same perimeter, a square or rectangle it's area will be less than this.
