If it`s zeroes are 2 and -2 the ( x - 2) and ( x + 2) are its factors . i.e ( x - 2) . ( x + 2) = x2-2 is a factor.
Now divide 2x4-3x3-3x2+6x-2.I by x2-2 by the method of long division. You will get a quadratic equation .
That , I am sure you know how to factorise
(i) either by splittin middle term
(ii) or completing squares
(iii) or by formula
