Solve the following quadratic equation: abx2 + (b2 - ac)x - bc = 0

Expert Answer
taking out common terms from the first two and the last two terms we get,
the given eqn can be written as
bx(ax+b)-c(ax+b)=0
so
(bx-c)(ax+b)=0
so
x=c/b
or
x=-b/a
