The first step is to draw the free body diagram for the system.
The force on the charge of mass 80g is
i) its weight mg downwards
ii) normal force equal and opposite to the weight in the upward direction.(N)
iii) force of attraction or repulsion depending on the sign of the two charges. This force acts along the line joining the two charges.(F)
iv) a frictional force given by mu(N).
Then equate forces i) and ii);
Equate forces iii) and iv)
