1. Magnetic of electric current - Electric motor, an electric generator(dynamo), electric fuse (its symbol used to represent in circuit diagram)

 

2. Sources of energy - Though the diagrams are usually not asked in the exam from this chapter, diagrams of the thermal power plant and a hydroelectric plant will help you to understand the answers of these corresponding concepts in a much better way. 

 

3. Light: Reflection and refraction - All ray diagrams of reflection by spherical mirrors and refraction through spherical lenses along with the position and nature of the images are important

 

4. Human eye and the colourful world - Structure of human eye, Defects and correction of vision, Refraction and dispersion through a glass prism. 

 

5. Electricity - Though no diagrams are as such asked in the exam for this chapter, symbols of electric components are important, as questions may be based on identifying the symbols of given components.

 

 

 As a whole, Biology questions in CBSE Board do not ask for a full diagram, but with reference to a particular concept of "Understanding" or "Remembering"typology questions, the following diagrams are an important practice: labeling some parts of human physiology diagrams that may refer to a particular concept (For example, the urine formation can be asked with the diagram being depicted and u have to be thorough with the concept). But a total no for the rest of the human systems will be a disadvantage. Human heart and double circulation are also important. Try to practice all the human physiology diagrams. Coming to the reproductive system, the male and female reproductive system with the concept of placenta and structure of sperm is a must for practice. Heredity and evolution chapter is an undersanding and remembering. So, the diagrams are related to the problems of inheritance only, which need to be practiced. Food chains are remembering.
