A famous saying "Practice makes a man perfect". So the best way to improve you math is by practicing more and more. First understand a topic throughly and then practice questions on it. Also, try to manage your time. You can make a timetable for yourself and devote appropriate time to all subjects. Allot more time for the subjects in which you feel you are weak.
It's always good to find out what kind of questions are going to be in the exam and the best way is too look through and attempt the previous year papers.
Practice deep breathing, meditation and yoga as forms of relaxation. They help your body relax and reduce stress. Alternately, take a brisk walk in fresh air.
Make notes of crisp formulae and important concepts and revise them a day before the exam. Take good night sleep. Make sure you get on average 8 hours of sleep a night.
