To plot the graphs think of the question as follows:
1. first find the velocity with which the ball hits the ground. You can use v^2 = u^2 +2as to find this. Put a = 9.8m/s^2 and take s = 4.9m and u =0.
2. Find the velocity at a few intermediate points like h/2, h/4, h/8 etc. Each time you need to use the above formula.
3. Next since the collision is elastic the ball rebounds with the same velocity. This is the initial velocity. Now find the height to which the ball will rise.
4. When the ball rebounds and starts rising upwards, find its velocity at a few intermediate points again.
Next put all these values of velocity and time into a table and plot the graph.
