Expert Answer:

Phi set is a set which has no element and a set having more than one element is always a subset of null set (phi).
Hence, set of all subsets of A which contain Ø (phi)
OR

According to the definition number of elements in phi set is 0. Set A contain n numbers of elements then
Phi is subset of A.
