Expert Answer
People who live in urban areas cannot live in rural areas.
And people who live in rural areas cannot live in urban areas.
Thus the two sets Rural areas and Urban areas are mututally exclusive and their intersection is zero.
Therefore,
Thus we can say that total percentage = rural percentage + urban percentage
which shows that total percentage is 26%
