Expert Answer:

begin mathsize 16px style For space any space triangle comma space the space sum space of space two space sides space is space always space greater space than space the space third space side.
Now comma space given space sides space are space 3 space cm comma space 7 space cm space and space 4 space cm.

We space have comma
3 plus 7 equals 10 greater than 4
7 plus 4 equals 11 greater than 3
But comma space 3 plus 4 equals 7 comma space which space is space not space greater space than space 7.
Hence comma space straight a space triangle space with space given space measurements space is space not space possible. end style
