Surface area of sphere = 4πR2 = 616

R = (616x7/(22x4)) = 7 cm.

Volume of sphere = 4πR3/3 = 4312/3.

The volume of the sphere will now be the volume of cone,

Volume of cone = πR2H/3 = 4312/3

R = (4312x7/(22x28)) = 7 cm.

Hence the diameter of cone base is 7x2 = 14 cm.
