Some salient points for solving the question is:

  • The acceleration for first interval is g ,than 2g,3g,4g... in subsequent intervals,being g(n)=ng,n=interval
  • Calculate the velocity,displacement at the end of nth interval by finding a general relationship
Try the problem using the above approach of general characterisation of problem.Please post the persistent problem if the approach is not understood.
