Ramesh father's is 8 times the age of Ramesh .after 2yrs, father will be 2yrs less than 6times Ramesh is . Find their present age

Let the age of Ramesh = x years
Father's age = 8x years
According to the condition, we get
8x + 2 = 6(x + 2) - 2
8x + 2 = 6x + 12 - 2
8x - 6x = 10 - 2
2x=8
x= 4
Ramesh and Father's present ages are 4 years and 32 years.
